Our totes are attached lid totes and are proudly made in the USA from high grade polyethylene plastic.

The totes nest when empty to save space and stack securely up to 5 high when filled.

Our totes are 27" long x 17" wide x 12" tall, have 2.5 CU-FT volume, and 500 pound storage capacity!

Made to use and re-use again and again!

Yes, all totes and equipment are cleaned and sanitized between each use. After picking up, we clean any loose dirt and debris, wipe everything down, and spray with an EPA-approved disinfectant that is on List N (Disinfectants for use against COVID-19) and List K (Antimicrobial products effective against C. diff spores).

We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

But, if you need things sooner, give us a call to confirm and we'll do everything we can to get your totes quicker.

Yes, but because of pricing and the way things are designed around totes, a separate delivery and/or pick up fee is required if not making a tote rental. That fee is $30 for each delivery and pick up within our service area.

A payment authorization for the entire order amount will be placed on your payment method when you complete your payment process. We will capture the payment within 48 hours of your order placement.

This delay gives us time to verify your order and make sure that no additional delivery and or pick up charges are required (if you are/will be outside our normal service area).

If additional charges are required, we will contact you and verify those charges before finalizing and capturing payment.

You will choose a delivery date and time window when you check out.

We will do our best to be there during the time window you choose, but will call you to coordinate if we are not going to be able to make that window.

Pick up will be made at the end of the time period you select when placing your order. Example: If you choose a two-week rental period and Friday delivery, all rental items will be picked up two-Friday's later.

Pick up date and time will be confirmed when we deliver your materials.

If you need the totes longer than the rental period you chose, just give us a call and we will extend your rental.

To keep this easy, we will just bump you up to the next higher rental period or for the additional length of time you need. You'll just pay the difference between the new and original rental packages. After 4 weeks, we will charge you the weekly rate each week unless you make arrangements with us for an extended rental period.

If you finish up early and want to get things our of your way, give us a call to make arrangements. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for finishing up early - but, you'll be happy you did!

You bet! If you need a rental period longer than 4 weeks, just contact us for rates and agreements.

We've designed our services more for local moves. If you're moving from outside of or to outside of our service area, we're happy to provide quotes for the additional delivery/pick up fees necessary to get to you. Of course, the farther away, the higher the necessary fee. The outer limits of service we can consider are OKC, Joplin MO, Rogers AR, Fayetteville AR, and Ft Smith AR.

We offer a full refund if you cancel your order at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time window starts. Less than that and we have to charge you a 50% cancellation fee or $100 (whichever is less) because we probably could have used those totes somewhere else!

Yes indeed! On top of just wanting to say hi, we need someone there at delivery to confirm and receive the items, and sign the rental agreement. For pickup, we need someone to verify our item count (even though we count real good) and inspect the items for any damage.
